GALGO solutions

Road concessions and airports. Compliance built into operations.

In a concession, good operations are not enough: every obligation must be demonstrable. GALGO turns the contract into workflows, thresholds, alerts, indicators, and traceable evidence, so compliance is managed through daily operations instead of reconstructed for each report.

  • Your contract, built into GALGO: obligations, formulas, deadlines, responsibilities, and required evidence.
  • Continuous monitoring: the operations control center (CCO), field teams, maintenance, and ITS update the indicators.
  • Traceable evidence: every indicator remains linked to events, inspections, work orders, photographs, and owners.

Sector experience

Roads and airports demand operational proof, every day.

GALGO connects assets, teams, maintenance, and indicators so contractual evidence is produced by operations themselves.

24/7 road operations

The entire concession, connected to the contract.

GALGO connects road safety, inventory, maintenance, tunnels, ITS, and service levels to the contract requirements.

  • The control center, field teams, and road systems working from the same data.
  • Contractual indicators updated directly from execution.
  • Traceable evidence for contract supervision and the contracting authority.

Airport operations

The entire airport, under control.

GALGO organizes airside and landside assets, inspections, availability, and indicators under each airport's applicable framework.

  • Technical inventory and GIS with a complete asset history.
  • Inspections and maintenance with field evidence.
  • Availability, indicators, and audit in one platform.

Road concessions

The entire road concession, connected to the contract.

GALGO is configured around the contract and its technical appendices. It connects the operations control center, roadside assistance, inventory, maintenance, road safety, tunnels, ITS, and contractual indicators. Every event, inspection, and work order preserves the record needed to show what happened, how it was handled, and what the outcome was.

  • 24/7 logbook, incidents, emergencies, road safety, and CCO coordination.
  • GIS inventory by road, section, chainage, side, direction, structure, and asset.
  • Routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance with mobile work orders, photos, time, and resources.
  • Service levels, standards, and KPIs fed directly from real execution.
  • Alerts, action plans, and reporting for supervision and the contracting authority.

Tunnels and ITS

Road operations · Control center, tunnels, and ITS

One operational record across the entire concession.

Integration should reduce handoffs, not add more screens. A tunnel alarm, phone call, CCTV event, or equipment failure is assigned, converted into a work order, and tracked to closure. The result updates the relevant availability and contractual indicators without rebuilding evidence at month-end.

  • SCADA/ITS, ventilation, lighting, CCTV, SOS, and message signs.
  • Tolling, weigh stations, weather, GPS, radio, and PBX.
  • Alerts converted into traceable protocols and work orders.
  • Availability by equipment, subsystem, tunnel, section, or concession.

Contractual compliance, built in

Compliance is part of the operation, not a separate workstream.

During implementation, Zeronine configures each contract's obligations, service levels, formulas, deadlines, responsibilities, and evidence in GALGO. Operations and maintenance data update the control process and preserve the traceability needed for reporting, justification, and audit.

Continuous control

Deviations, deadlines, and risks are detected while they can still be managed.

Connected evidence

Each indicator remains linked to inspections, events, work orders, photos, and owners.

Airport operations and compliance

Airport operations and contractual evidence, in one system.

GALGO connects airside and landside assets, inspections, maintenance, availability, and contract indicators in a single Control and Compliance Information System (SICC). Each implementation is configured to the airport contract and applicable requirements, including those arising from concessions administered by Colombia's National Infrastructure Agency (ANI), Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC) issued by Aerocivil, and criteria from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) where they form part of the client's framework.

  • Runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, visual aids, boarding bridges, and electromechanical equipment.
  • GIS inventory and technical location with a complete history for each asset.
  • Inspections and corrective, preventive, and routine maintenance with field evidence.
  • Configurable availability, service levels, findings, deadlines, and action plans.
  • Reporting for the contracting authority, contract supervision, auditors, and aviation authorities.

Configured for each contract

Every contract has its own rules. GALGO builds them in.

Zeronine turns the client-approved framework into operational controls, alerts, indicators, and evidence. Each implementation follows the specific contract instead of imposing a generic regulatory template. GALGO supports technical and contractual control without replacing the concessionaire's judgement or responsibilities, or the role of the competent authority.

Contract and appendices

Obligations, formulas, frequencies, thresholds, deadlines, and required evidence.

National authorities

Applicable ministry and contracting-authority requirements. In Colombia, control for ANI and contract supervision and, at airports, applicable RAC and Aerocivil requirements.

International standards

ICAO criteria and equivalent standards when they form part of the framework adopted by the client.

Other infrastructure

The same operational discipline for other critical infrastructure.

GALGO can also be configured to connect assets, work, rules, and evidence in other complex environments.

Railways

Corridor assets, inspections, maintenance, reliability, and operational safety adapted to the operator's framework.

Energy and pipelines

Linear assets in GIS, right of way, findings, risk, maintenance, and control center integration.

Municipal infrastructure

Public assets, contracts, third parties, maintenance, warehouses, and budget execution with traceability.

Standardization

One corporate foundation. Each contract keeps its own rules.

A group can share its asset model, governance, security, integrations, and reporting without erasing each concession's obligations. GALGO makes the portfolio comparable while preserving the contractual configuration required for each country, road, or airport.

  • Common catalogs, roles, and processes where they improve control.
  • Contract-specific rules, indicators, and evidence.
  • Comparable KPIs across concessions, countries, and infrastructure.
  • Corporate governance, security, and audit.
